Pay and advancement

Pay starts at $17 per hour. Experienced team members and crew leaders can earn up to $32 per hour based on skill, reliability, responsibility, work quality, and performance.

What you may work on

• Weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Landscape bed cleanouts and preparation

• Mulch and decorative rock installation

• Plant and shrub installation

• Core aeration and overseeding

• Seasonal property cleanups

• Landscape lighting projects

• Equipment, trailer, and jobsite cleanup

What we are looking for

We want dependable people who show up on time, communicate clearly, respect customers’ property, follow safety instructions, and care about the finished result. Outdoor work can be physically demanding and takes place in changing weather conditions.

Schedule

Typical work is Monday through Friday, with start times and weekly hours affected by weather, route needs, and project schedules.
